Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReThread ("the Service"), an AI content-repurposing tool for developers. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReThread turns long-form technical content (blog posts, READMEs, talk transcripts) into platform-specific formats (X threads, LinkedIn posts, TikTok scripts, newsletters). The Service is provided "as is" and is in early access.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.

3. Accounts & waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid account. We will email you when access opens.

4. Paid plans & billing

Paid subscriptions are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you agree to Creem's terms and recurring billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4.1 Refund policy

First-payment guarantee. New subscriptions come with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on the first payment. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
Renewals. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by applicable law.
Processing. Refunds are issued through Creem and may take several business days to appear on your statement. We do not store or control your card details.
Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is fraudulent or in error, contact us first — opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to content you submit and to the outputs generated for you. ReThread retains rights to its software, models, and brand.

6. Disclaimers

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Verify before publishing. We are not liable for how you use generated content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReThread is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for Terms violations.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
